Pay-out Structure:
In both classes semi-final losers win $400, quarter-final losers get $200 and round of 16 losers earn $100 each. These are guaranteed amounts regardless of car count. The remaining funds are split with 70% to the winner and 30% to the runner-up in each class. Also, the sponsorship money is split 60/40 between Box and No Box.
Here are two examples based on a reasonable # of entries:

50 entries x $40= $2000 Estimated 15 buy-backs x $20= $300 Sponsor funds (60% of $8500) = $5100
Total purse in Box = $7400
*Box winner: $3500 * Runner-up: $1500 Semi-final losers: $400 Quarter-final losers: $200 Round of 16 (or less) losers: $100 * Will vary based on # of entries and buy-backs
No Box Class with 70 entries:
70 entries x $40= $2800 Estimated 25 buy-backs x $20= $500 Sponsor funds (40% of $8500) = $3400
Total purse in No Box = $6700
*No Box winner: $3010 *Runner-up: $1290 Semi-final losers: $400 Quarter-final losers: $200 Round of 16 (or less) losers: $100 *Will vary based on # of entries and buy-backs
