The NSDRA spring AGM will be held Wednesday April 20th 7:00 at the Bridgewater Legion. Dues for 2022 can be paid 6:30-7:00. Hope to see you all there!
Attention Racers and Crew:
You may have saw our earlier announcement that we can now accept spectators and new entries for the last race October 16-17. As of October 4th Nova Scotia has entered Phase 5 of the re-opening plan which removes gathering limits for eventsā¦this is fantastic news!
This news does come with one major stipulation that ANY AND ALL organized events must ask for proof of FULL vaccination for anyone 12 years of age or older to participate; this goes for all spectators, participants, staff and volunteers. This is a province-wide order within the provincial health act with no exception.
When you arrive at the raceway you will be asked by gate staff to provide proof of full vaccination to enter the premises. PLEASE REMEMBER, these are not our rules so BE NICE and please have patience. š
What is Full Vaccination?
A person is considered fully vaccinated 14 days or more after receiving your second dose. For the purposes of this race you would need to have received your second dose no later than October 2 for Friday arrivals, October 3 for Saturday arrivals and October 4 for Sunday arrivals to the Dragway.
UPDATE: Unfortunately, the weather forecast is not co-operating for this weekend folks so we will postpone the race and re-schedule for OCTOBER 16-17!
We have had a fantastic return to the track and we want to end it on a positive note. Many have wanted an October race for years, this is not the way we planned itā¦but here it is! Cooler temperatures will make for a fast track!
The 17th Annual Bracket Bash is in the books and it was a great weekend. Seen alot of faces I haven't seen in years and also some fresh faces that is really important to keep this amazing sport alive......
Sat we woke up to Blue skies and a just flat perfect day. Once the dust settled we crowned 3 champions and a King of the Hill.
